Since I joined the forums, I have been addicted....I too like dhceramics feel very passionately about our glorious trade. I have always looked up to people who have shared their knowledge with me,my parents, friends, work colleagues and the like. This is why I get a great deal of satisfaction from giving my hard earned knowledge away, in an attempt to stop others from making mistakes I have made in the past. Thanks to Dan our illustrious leader and site maker....but a massive thanks bruv, to dhceramics, not only from what I have learned from him since joining ,but for also being a proper big mate ....Viva the forums....KSHHHHHHHH....cheers everyone.....Gazzer :cheers2:
I keep feeling bad about not thanking members for various things. After Dave's big warm hearted thanks I can't believe I didn't thank you in such a way too Gaz.
Though you don't match Dave on quantity of posts (I guess working at topps now takes more time up than a tiler hey lol) you certainly know your stuff. Not only that you're only too willing to share all your knowledge with any tom dick or harry.
The amount of DIY and Pro's you've helped on AND off the forum is unreal. Topps' really have a valued guy and I hope your Area Manager (Paul or John or whatver) knows it.
If I had a
tile store you're be the first man I'd want in it. If I had a topps area there would be some staff changes to get you in the highest position I could find - but still keeping in touch with the customers.
Thanks for giving the forum and it's members so much of your time - I know if you were tiling for so many hours I'd have a very big bill.
When I put it like that actually I owe lots of you lots of cash! lol.
Big up to all. And I'm not thanking anybody else, you're grown men so just pat yourselves on your backs.
Sorry for not going out of my way to thank you mate.
We sound soppy now. I should have hid these posts lol.
