Can anyone advise me on what sort of coverage you are likely to get from one bag of pourable thick bed adhesive (BAL) I'm going to use it for the first time but not sure how many bags to get. I'll be using a 10mm round notched trowel, is that big enough? cheers

What are you fixing, what's the substrate level like now, when I used it on 600x600 on a reasonable floor we were getting about 2 - 3m2 if I remember right, that was with a larger trowel than 10mm though.

the area is flat, the tiles are 600x600 porcelain. Sould i use a 20mm trowel. What sort of coverage with that?

If the floor is flat using a large format trowel you will be able to lay 6 maybe 7 tiles of that size maximum. I would allow 6 tiles so just over 2M2.

if the floor is level i would use 10mm trowel maybe 12mm for larger tiles

10-12mm with PTB and 600 x 600 tiles? Why so small David? The bigger the trowel the better IMO. 20mm All the way for me
