job still to be grouted but just a few pics to show off the job I did, I ended up leveling the floor before tiling and charging more, The pattern was decided by the customer, I had loads of cuts as you can see in pics and wasnt the easiest, Thanks for all advice on this thread,

Floor looks really good.
think the client got a bargain.
its difficult to give prices for jobs when we live all over the uk where prices can vary.
