Quartz Tiles Problem

Hi all, I was on here a few weeks ago regarding black quartz tiles. I now have these tiles laid into my bathroom and kitchen floor but now is the real problem. They just aren't shiny black they look all dull and it is really doing my head. My tiler put them down last Saturday/Sunday using Mapei adhesive and the Kerapoxy glitter grout stuff. He told me not to do anything on it for 4 days and then I tried to clean it using Warm water and fairy liquid but it still looks all dull so I went to tile giant today and bought some wax tile cleaner but it still looks the same when dry. Can somebody please give me some advice as I'm at the stage where it has cost me over £1,200.00 and I'm about to go in there and smash them up!!:mad2::mad2::mad2::mad2::mad2:

Waxwash was the cleaner recommended and tile magic told me I did not need to seal these.

As Jay says pics will help, sounds to me as if the epoxy grout has not been removed properly. Maybe a residue on the surface of the tile, pics would help.

He used the epoxy grout anthracite!! How do I put photo on from the iphone

recomend you get tiler back to rectify grout haze would be your best option as its not easy to remove (see how you go if no luck come back on here for advice) dont do anymore cleaning as your tiler might say you have caused the prob

I think you mean Aqua mix coating & sealer remover.
