I would select a good quality SPF adhesive but check with the manufacturer that they recommend it with quartz tiles. I am aware that there have been issues with adhereing to resin tiles.
Check also that your substrate will take the weight of the tiles.

Thanks. The tiles went up on Saturday, they stuck very well indeed and look amazing, would upload a pic if i knew how!
