question about flexible grout

I put ply down over floorboards, and must have put at least 500 screws in it, but had a call today, went round and in about 7 or 8 places the grout is flaking away from the tile. Used flexible grout and adhesive, any ideas, nice people not causing to much of a fuss and want to sort the problem out for them!

You have to be very careful mixing grout and dont use to much water, the best thing to do is use a measuring jug you can get the from topps tiles, could be the reason. They havent got under floor heating and turned it on when u left did they?

No underfloor heating, done loads of these floors and never had this happen, do you reckon I should just patch up the damaged area's or redo the whole floor?

I would rip the grout out and re do the whole floor otherwise it will show where its been patched up.
I use a Dremel to get old grout out, the make a grout remover bit for it and it works a treat for me. wear a mask though coz the dust is nasty!
Those grout measuring buckets from topps are brilliant, gets the perfect mix every time.
