questions for Richard 365 DRILLS ?

Hi mate thinking of buying 85mm drill for a pool light fitting 75mm this will give me a 5mm gap around the light fitting for expansion in porcelain tile's 60x60 ,but it says for use with bench drill,yet further down the list you sell a clamp is this for freehand drilling ? would i get away with freehand rather than bench drilling,as this would save me hiring a bench drill? any answers would be good

I use a 63mmm core for conduit boxes, use it on a cordless drill with no problem. If I were drilling repetitive holes though I would pick up a small bench drill...about £70.

make a template out of plasterboard
