quick advice needed please

lo guys n gals,,i have a front vestibule entrance to a house in edinburgh to tile today,right at the front door is it too cold to be laying tiles for the addy to work? think its minus 3 here just now? cheers

I would reckon it's too cold for the chemicals to react properly in the adhesive. What addy you using old man?

BS says miunimum 5 degrees and rising - if colder than this there is a real issue with cement hydration and also if the water in the addy freezes it will not set - ever. don't do it! :yikes:
