evening all! just been to see a job today. Consists of kitchen floor 15sqm 330x330 onto concrete,bathroom 21sqm wall tiling 450x300 and floor 7sqm with ufh onto plywood(cust doesnt want insulation board???) border with internal diamond pattern,and 2nd bathroom walls 15sqm 450x300(1 small window recess) and 2sqm floor600x300 onto plywood with ufh. Not too sure myself and he's "trying too save every penny" its only cost him £120000 to do his self build and and he needs to sell his 07 discovery urgently! poor sod! any ideas appreciated,cheers:yes:

best he books an appointment with the doc before he sells it. When he finds out how much he is going to lose he will have a heart attack.

dont feel too sorry for him customers often plead poverty when you go round to price up you will be putting value on his property and he is selling his car for other reasons not to pay you .work out the price you want and then add 20% as he is going to knock you down whatever price you give him so my advice is dont give him your lowest price as he will try and chisel it

Thanks for qoutes. Got £1400 AFTER he went round at end of job remeasuring and doing snagging list ie paint drips from decorators,sparkies dropping dust on black grout Cheeky git!. Told him not my problem and he was gonna knock my bill for that! He asked me back to do kitchen, told him to busy. Loaded folk eh! tight as a******es:furious3:
