I've tiled a wall in a marble one in the same pattern. You'd want the floor to be spot on before fixing those!

Did a floor with them. Used a 6mm notch trowel and they were fine.

I have, did a en-suite early last year with exactly those. I think i used a 8mm notched on the floor and 6 on the wall from memory.

Nice one guys.
It's for a conservatory floor and the sheets are 30x30 tumbled Trav.
I think it will look rather nice when done but was just after a few tips.

Being tumbled Trav I would normally back butter the holes in the back but these are mosaic on a mesh so would you not do that?
I am planning to use white keraquick, work cleanly, grout and then apply a colour intensifying sealer does that all sound okay?

The area is a 12m2 rectangle and currently has parquet flooring down. The screed appears nice and flat but adhesive residue that I can't remove from the previous flooring will no doubt be present (like vinyl adhesive). Was planning on a slurry coat of primer and keraquick to prep the surface - does that sound okay?

Any other tips for the job, setting out etc.. all greatly appreciated.

Mac, what you need is a nice flat piece of ply say 40 x40 as you lay each sheet into the adhesive lightly place the ply over them, then lightly bed them down with white rubber hammer you can screw a small handle to the upper side of the ply,also make sure you overlap the ply between sheets using the bedded sheets to level to!! hope this makes sense M8

I used a thin wall paper scraper to fill any big holes,bit easier to use than trowel.
