Rates for slates

Just wondered in these more difficult times what folk around the country are charging for slate as there's so much work involved with it. Haven't priced up a slate floor in around a year...going in on m2 rate, sealing, cleaning etc

Based in London, first time on a price for a new client (first time was day rate) and don't wanna scare the life out of them but as we all know it's dirty and involves so much work...
