I'd go for a day rate, a Fein Multimaster, a large industrial vac and lots of patience

On a serious note in the next few weeks I will be removing a large area of grout in order to repair a fault with my work. I will be using all of the above excluding the day rate.

I bet the next lot of cards change though

Cards are binned, new ones ordered, VISTA PRINT doing some good deals.

go on day rate, david campbell is spot on saying sometimes it just falls out sometimes its tough as. last bathroom i did took about 2 and half days cos some of the grout was solid! Also some tiles may fall off so be careful, that will take more time. I'd keep it on your cards, sounds like know one offers repairs near you if your getting loads of repair work. Could keep you going in the quiet times, if you dont want to do it put your most expensive price in, if you get it happy days, if you dont you didn't want it anyway!

I've regrouted an entire gyms changing room before, took 2 and a half days £350 I got,I do have a fein and wouldn't dream of doing one without. It would have taken over a full week to rip out and tile and time is obviously money to everyone,I've now got a contract to do any tiling repairs at the place or any new tiling jobs.

When the current economic climate is so bad how can anyone turn down the work, don't get me wrong its not enjoyable and I'd rather be tiling but I bet I earn't £1500 out of the gym last year, work breeds more work
