I would scrape the Silicon out from where the shower tray meets the tiles and as said the corner and re-Silicon, this maybe only a temporary measure, where your grout is cracking on the tiles you need to remove to the depth of the
tile.
There is usually a reason that the grout is cracking, moisture getting into the substrate or if a tubbed adhesive was used causing it to expand or soften up and allowing the tiles some movement.
A re-
tile will be probably needed in the near future but as always that would be your choice.
