Dude - hand mixing is good for making sure you have all the lumps out the mix. Bal Super Flex is good for your job!! If you've not mixed by hand before then make sure you get some throw away latex gloves. Put 3 on your right hand (if you're right handed) and add the water (clean water) using a sponge to make sure you don't add too much. Once you've got a putty-like constituency you'll know you're there. Try not to make it too runny and don't forget that too thick and you'll sweat like a bugger as you force it into the grout lines. If you've not grouted before then don't drag your grout float along the lines, it's best to drag push the grout into the line and then push it diagonally to ensure you don't pull the grout out the line, which is what happens if you follow the lines.
