I got mine from mammoth workwear. They were the cheapest at the time inc delivery a few years ago but I'm sure you can get them cheaper now from eBay for less than 20 quid inc delivery

Hi CJ hope you like the kneepads, the thin part of them goes to the bottom and the word knee facing inwards. With the thin part at the bottom this will help with blood flow to the feet and ankles. Hope this helps. Stuart.

oops me too, so the prongy bits go towards the floor rather than wrap round patella?

The prongy bit? Is that the 2 points at the bottom Doug? These are to position them in the trouser correctly.

the strap with "kneel here" Stuart, with going through washing machine countless times has become independent of the pad so it turns to either inner or outer side of where your knee is supposed to sit. Give me 10 mins and I'll get a pic sorted.

I know what you mean now Doug, the red sleeve points towards the floor and red part touches your knee. The cordura ( black part ) faces out and this can stop penetration of objects touching your knee.

I normally wear them so where me dogs nose is, that end goes towards my feet and the "kneel here" writing is touching floor (via my pants)...if that makes sense
