OK, just to be somewhat boring here and spoil the party, the second video shows the classic symptomatic picture of a woman suffering from lipedema (google it if you like) and there is not a thing she can do about it, dieting will not shift this, only, the latest research shows, an extremely low calorie protein only diet, around 400 cal a day, (that would be damaging to her overall health) and that only temporarily. It is not only a disheartening and frustrating condition, apart from the ridicule and insults this is actually also very painful. As yet no cure has been found for this, but trust that prayers are uttered daily for this. It is also an inherited condition that only begins to show at puberty. Starts at the legs, then moves to the upper arms and to the belly last... So when you see a woman like this, or woman with a similar symptomatic proportions, please be kind, genuinely, chances are that life is quite miserable for them. This can not be fixed by dieting. Lesson over.
