Hi,
I've lifted some old lino flooring and it has left a foam backing on certain areas of the floor. I have scrapped off as much as possible but there is still some sort of layer that just won't budge. The floor is concreete screed and I am having porcelain tiles fitted with PCI rapidflex adhesive. Is there a product that might remove all remnants of the lino flooring or could I seal the floor with PVA or similar.
Thanks for any advice
