Going to need to take off old floor tiles from concrete floor with an underfloor heating system installed . Customer is concerned about damage to heating pipes etc when i use the kangol with tile remover attachment ..
Is there any problems ? any body with this experience or knowledge ? would appreciate any info ...

What type of UFH is it? Your use of the word "pipes" suggests it is a wet system, so it would surely have been screeded over before tiling. If so, as long as you are careful and make sure it is only the tile and adhesive you are Kangoling, I would think it would be safe, but I'm no expert.....

Is the tile remover attachement shaped like a bolster chisel. I would think you should be ok with that cos you are not likely to dig into the concrete/screed. The UFH pipes in a wet system should be around 50mm below the surface unless it is jerry built.

better off using an sds hammer chisel, if you have one, Kango's always used to be big heavy numb things imo:thumbsup:
