Removing Kitchen Tiles with Wet UFH

Tilers Forums Official Sponsors

Hi,

We currently have travertine floor tiles with wet UFH underneath. Some of the tiles have cracks and we are overall not massively fond of the tiles (previous owners installed them). The kitchen cabinets are in very good condition so would ideally like to have the tiles lifted without moving the units. The floor is also tiles underneath the cabinets.

What I wanted to know - is this straightforward for a professional tiler to carefully remove tiles without comprising the wet UFH? If so, would the labour costs be quite a lot higher?

Attached are some pictures.

Thanks for any advice offered.
