removing Silicon

Whats the best way to remove old Silicon from a bath or sink?

Is there a product I can use to do this? tried removing a small bit with a wallpaper sraper but it isnt entirely gone!!

Try Silicon eater..you can get it at any DIY centre.............dave..

How about Silicon removing tools with the blade on the end ? or would that scratch the bath?

Best thing I have found is a good sharp stanley balde and my finger nails!

just bought some sealeant eater or equivilant will let you know when ive used it

the best one iv found is screwfix own make its about £3 it smells of oranges but they are all pretty much the same you need to remove as much as possible by hand first

thats typical i just bought the more expensive one from screwfix as i thought the cheap one would be rubbish
