Is it possible to get some kind of filler to repair things like this? No it wasn't me!
Also, is there something to clean the grout lines? I'd usually use an acid based cleaner on ceramics but I assume that's a very bad idea on these.
The house has been sold and I know that once it's empty the floors are going to look a lot worse, and as the new owners are keeping me on I want to be a bit proactive and have the answers ready. Cheers

The akemi kit is supposed to be brilliant the small repair kit is £ 250 and comes with several type,of coloured resins you will need to mix the right colour then fill it it's finished with clear resin which you put some plastic over and cure it with uv light ,I have not used it myself but know some one who bought the full repair kit for over 2 grand and they say it was worth the money
I assume at that sort of capital outlay that you (one) would have to be a specialist repairer to justify the cost. It has made me think that I might find a specialist here though!
