At the moment I'm doing a few jobs here and there just to keep me going. I cant fully commit myself until after Xmas due to other work commitments. At present I doing some market research etc etc and have come across a company called Glenican.
Basically they hold info on all property development and future development within the country and who is running the project etc. You pay them a annual fee and they give you the info of the various projects within your area, tey also offer other services such as advertising. You then contact the developer in hope of getting a job/contract.
Has anyone heard or used this or a similar service? Any advice or ideas would be greatfully appreciated

I seem to vaguley recognise the name (Glenigan incidently), but I would proceed with caution if they are asking for money!

They are probably only telling you info that you could probably find out for yourself for free.

I doubt they have anything you can't get? How did you "come across" this company? Wasn't a cold caller was it?

No not a called caller it was via some search I did on google i think
