Restoring geometric tiled floor

we found an old Victorian geometric tiled floor under the hall carpet and I've spent the last couple of months slowly restoring it. To cut a very long story short, i'm at the final cleaning stage before sealing. I hired one of those rotating floor scrubbers which has done a good job, all except for some swirly marks left from the old rubber carpet underlay, which I can't seem to shift, I'd be grateful for any advice.

Could try a bit of nitromorse on a hidden area. They make it water soluble now.

Hi, thanks for the responses. Most of the effort was lifting the loose, broken and damaged tiles. There were also a lot of patches where missing tiles had been filled with plaster and concrete... a real mess. Once repaired, I used tile doctor nanotech with the scrubbing machine for the whole floor and a bit of brick acid on a section at the back which once had a wall going across it. You can see the old underlay marks really clearly on the yellow tiles I posted in the first picture. I've added a before and a couple of wip pictures.

I managed to get the marks off with this stuff I had hanging around in the garage. The fumes were pretty powerful though.
