How do you cook Venison, my sister brought some down with her from Aberdeen and its sitting in the freezer. By the way its rib eye for me scottish everytime.

fillet medium rare for me. I once had fillet blue in France, was very nice, melt in your mouth moment.

I like a sirloin for the fatty edge, I like a fillet for the non fatty edge, lol rib eye is good, rump is brill of ffs, I loooooooooooooove beef, and I can eat it all ways and enjoy it, bonus yep, from raw to cremated beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeef it up
