I also dabble in furniture used with restraint procedures in schools, I've found that most people are far to busy to call you back or "not that bothered about it really". Most people also have the money saved before they enquire anyway - and use the "I'll get back to you after payday" meaning "Blimey - how much". So they often need 'reminding' that they DO NEED you! I have also done a few jobs where friends have said to me "Soandso want's her bathroom done" so I find their number and give them a call after tea but before Emmerdale/cora. So Yes give tham a ring - even better if you where 'just passing'

Hi does anybody here telephone customers after you have given them a quote if they havent called you back to see if they want you to do the job or not?
i know this is probably a bit late but i include {this estimate will stand for 30 days after qoute given}on my estimates and no i never make contact with a customer ,people can find this quite pushy unless its a big construction company of some sort
