Mad isn't it, there you are trying to stay fit, I mean he was probably still fitter than most of us!! Go on your bike and then from one minute to the next, that's it!! So scary, he was younger than me! Everything these days just seems so mindboggling and upsetting, is it just the long winter or what??

This is so sad, i do not know what happened just he got knocked off his bike...What amazes me is the amount of cyclists not wearing helmets..im not saying he was not wearing one, it was just my observation yesterday while out on my bike.
