Large piece of foil (800mm ish) doubled over in half, Sliced mushrooms. chopped garlic, lump of butter, salt 'n' pepper all placed in the middle, fold up all the corners of the foil to make a foil bag, place the foil bag directly on the coals for 5 mins.

It's a winner every time and works great as a burger topping hmmmmmm

Speaking of grilling, try this one: Wrap corn on the cob in several layers of foil. Put a tablespoon of water and plenty of butter and salt/pepper in the foil. Lay the cobs on the grill and the heat will boil the water and it will steam the corn inside the foil.:drool5:

Now, I'm thinking of dinner already and it's only 9:05 here.:smilewinkgrin:
