Having enjoyed some success on the downstairs project with natural stone, now onto the next one but wondering where to source from.

Came across the likes of polyflor, polymax etc for the floor but works out at around 35 per sq metre! Are they always a mix of synthetic and rubber or something else?

As for the tiles it they appear readily available but wondering if some better than others?
