Rubi mixing drills???

Anyone had one of these::

I'm sure that's the one a plasterer friend of mine uses, he seems to like it and I remember him saying it was under £100 so it must be that one

The only problem i have with this make is that B&Q have been selling this make for years. I noticed last time I was in B&Q that they were selling the stock off cheap. i have never seen one on a site or job though which leads me to believe that its a pretty generic product that has been rebranded.
Always fancied the mitre saw though.

Yes i have one.. the paddle that comes with it collapsed in a couple days..so i bought a better quality paddle and all is fine.. the machine is powerful enough and can do whole bag mixes no problem..

I use a Dewalt..... not sure of the model no. as have had it for more than five years with the same paddle. I do full bag mixes no probs, and the paddle is indestructible as I clean it with a hammer.

i have the rubi mixer and its a lot lighter than my last one so spot on cant fault it for less than a £100 quid from tradetiler!

I've got an Eibenstock as well as my Refina Joe and it is, as you say, spot on

But really want a variable two speed 240V mixer:smilewinkgrin:

Mines infinatly variable with a thumb wheel and slow start.....available in 240 and its Makita. Cant go wrong mucka!

You have a thumb dial to slow the speed down..

hey buy the rubi mix 10 ,i have had one now for 3 years and still going strong ,a top bit of kit
very powefull your need to hold the bucket ,god knows how much add and grout its mixed its in the high tons
