LJB Tiling
Have finally purchased the TX700 and TR400 and other bits from Dave at trade tiler.
Damn man, seems im setting off quite the trend, lol.
Got all my bits now, order completed and very happy, feelin like not so much of a wannabe now, any chance of a name change, lol.
I did have some doubts because when i told my tutor that i ordered the tr400 s he pulled 1 out from under the table(wasn't the 's' version though) and gave it to me to practice with, lil did i know the thing was battered and the spring bed was springier than a spring in spring and i couldn't get on with it what so ever and was planning on sending it back before i had even seen it. So my cutters arrives and i nab a couple of tiles from the course centre to test them out and im amazed, not only in the cutter but remember people the scoring wheels i'm used to using are blunt as a butter knife, now i have to get used to the seriously low amount of pressure i have to apply with a fresh wheel, literally just roll it across the top of the tile, like making love to a beautiful woman, ha ha.
Haven't tried out the tx700n yet, the tr400 is an animal so im betting the tx range is a beast and she ain't light by any means and the 700 is the baby of the bunch. These are the sort of tools that get taken up to the house every night and not left in the van,
