Hi mate, when i was on the tools the same thing happened to me exactly that but i was trying to nip porca with them and they just aint man enough but i dont no many nips that are but that dont make it right. Rubi customer service has been wanting in the past but the ladys in the office work very hard now to improve the situation and have improved a great deal over the last 3 to 6 months but still room for improvement there always is. If it happens again ask for the number of your area rep because we are all good lads and if we can help we will. Dont lose faith in rubi were working hard to get better quality products from spain for our market because the standard has always been high in the past so lets keep it high, Mate complain, it will get better if people with problems complain.

Hi. Have you guys tried to visit the new rubi catalogue on them website? I tried two browsers just to be sure, but i always get message stated, that one of the certificates has expired! This could be harmful for someone who accept and enter, because then you can be redirected in to the malicious site

Rubiman - I was wondering if your thread had any official backing from Rubi and was to generate a discussion from a valid forum sponsor, or whether you are doing your own market research!
Personally I would buy Rubi everytime and find their aftersales service through the local North-east rep 1st class.
