Scam warning - telephone preference service

A new one on me yesterday. Nice English voice claiming they had noticed we were having a high level of unsolicited calls and for a fee of £1.99 they could sort this out.

The TPS service is free and they will not ring you asking for payment to complete/administer/enhance your registration.

Ps why can't some tradesmen be on time. Nearly 2 hours late to do a 20 minute job so I can level this floor today!!! Argh!
