What sealer would you guys use on this floor.

They are Waxman ceramics 'Winklemens' unpolished. I'm doing two areas, one a kitchen one a bathroom.

I have already bought HG Golvpolish which I've used before but only really took note of the full instruction on the bottle today. A few things worry me.

One is that the floor should be left to dry for three days after cleaning but surely this only applies to old floor that have a good soaking whilst cleaning, not a new floor that is only going to get a damp wipe down, no?

The other is that whilst it drys in 3 hours it again takes 3 days before it hardens and becomes fully waterproof, I'm a bit more worried about this part as the the grout is going to be Mapei Anthracite and any staining on the white tiles and i'm gonna be in trouble, surely I don't have to wait 3 days before grouting.

So any other suggestions? I as thinking either LTP Mattstone or maybe Lithofin Stainstop (plus or W)

Or I just stick with the HG

This is a good one i have used.. but be careful as with all topical sealers in bathrooms.. tiles can be slippy.
LTP Ironwax Satin

Description: A hard wearing ionised acrylic semi-gloss sealer, that provides an easy to apply self shine satin surface seal on quarry tiles, terracotta, brick, slate, stone, terrazzo, unpolished marble and cement floors. LTP Ironwax Satin may be used as a wax protector in conjuction with LTP Antique or Clear Beeswax. Maintain with LTP Floorshine.

Tips: Interior Use Only. On more porous surfaces pre-seal with LTP Ironwax Primer. Do not use in wet areas.

Maybe I should go for the Lithofin KF stain-stop then as an impregnator. The tiles are actually from Waxmans anti-slip range and as the bathroom is very small and they have a 5 year old who I imagine likes a good splash around I can see the floor getting a good soaking from time to time.

Plus I have some satin stop left over from another job

Edit: ok maybe will have to buy some more as it's MN stain stop not KF
