Sealing a Wetroom Slate Floor

I've recently fitted an en-suite wetroom and shower. After only a weeks use the slate grout between the slate tiles on the floor started to crack. This has allowed water to penetrate under the slate tiles. The flooring below the slate in tanked. I think there may be a small amount of flexing of the floor and shower tray and this in turn has meant the grout has cracked.

Can anyone suggest a solution? My thoughts are to remove the loose grout and replace it and then seal the whole floor with a flexible epoxy resin, but I'm open to any other suggestion apart from taking up the floor.

Is there any suitable products available?

if there is movement, deflection in the floor then imo then this will keep occureing im afraid to say, The deflection in the floor should have been picked up and sorted before hand.
What adhesive and grout was used was it flexible?
and i presume it was on a wooden floor?

Can you please explain where you buy flexible epoxy resin from as I have never seen it!!!

The floor is wooden with a wet room shower tray on top then sealed with BAL tanking. I used a tile flexible tile adhesive and then grouted with Buildfix coloured Flexible Wall & Floor Grout.

The grout doesn't seem flexible at all... in fact it's very brittle.

Taking the tiles up isn't an option I'd like to pursue. Is there a product which I could apply to the area which would seal the floor, allow a small amount of flex and is clear to allow the slate to be visible?

Movement in the floor is causing you these headaches, you can apply as much flexible grout as you like but if the floor has movement then that will fail as well. Your problem lies under the tiles, you might have to lift, strengthen and start again.
