Self leveler over tiles

Ive a large kitchen im tiling with 600x600 porcelain tiles in 2 weeks for my brother in law aad the tiles thats already down are well bedded. Tried lifting a few and needed a large kango. 2 reasons why the brother in law asked me is it possible to lay the tiles on top. One is to save all this mess tht comes with lifting tiles and the other is, the kitchen is 3/4 inch lover than the dining room. The area is 7.5m x 4m and the tiles that are already down are laid decent enough with 75% area covered all laid flat. There is one area that would be 1m radius that has a slight hump and another part in the corner would have a dip in it.

Ill be taking the hump out however is it ok to put selflevler ontop of tiles after priming. The area at present is very dusty with the plasterers mess but will scrape all off and prime before tiling.

I don't see a problem but be a good idea to prime with something like Mapei ecoprim grip or similar .

As above, just make sure the floor is clean from all contaminants and dry before you prime it.

What would be best to clean the floor with before priming?

It shouldn’t take anything more than a paint scraper to remove plaster’s debris a brush up and then a clean with something like a kitchen scotch brite pad for dirty dishes to take the rough off then a good mop with any of the off the shelf kitchen degreasers. Nothing complicated so long as it’s clean and dry before you prime.
