Discuss shop floor in the UK Tiling Forum area at TilersForums.com.

I dont usually ask for help in the pricing section but i would much appreciate your opinions on this job.

Its a 50m2 shop floor
Old tiles require removal, concrete underneath
re tile (in 3 days, i think it may take 4)
All adhesive and grout supplied
300x300 tiles
Customer supplying skip for waste

There will be two of us on the job and i have explained to the cutomer that the floor may possibly need levelling once old tiles removed but wont know until then.

I was wondering if you guys charge more for doing jobs like this due to time scales involved and the possible late nights early starts etc. Were also contemplating getting a labourer then we can just lay tiles so we would need to cover his costs also.

I was thinking all in - £1500-00 not including poss costs for levelling.
Is that a fair price? Too much or too less?

Cheers for responses.
