worked in one in manchester a couple of weeks ago. i wouldnt have wished it on my worst enemy. it was absolutly shocking. damp up all the walls and didnt dare go in the bathrooms for black mould.

It'll go on as long as people pay. But with the way costs are nowdays a lot of people don't have a choice but to live in this type of accomodation.
