Hi all,
First post hope someone can help. Was asked to repair shower enclosure as it was leaking.well more of a deluge than a leak.Tiles practically fell off wall followed by the plaster back to sand/cement render.Shower tray on wooden base rotten with fungus farm attached. So was told to rip everything out including floor tiles, was'nt tiled beneath tray. Now trying to get walls and floor dry using a dehumidifier. What do i do about tiling the walls, can i tile straight onto the sand/cement using a powder mix as recommended on other posts.Do the walls need a sealer on first or need some sort of tanking. Thanks in advance for any advice.
Gerry.
