Been through 8 drill bits to drill 8 holes. Thet get hot and fall apart. What do you recommend?

You need diamond core tile drills. We produce a commercial grade strength
under the brand name PORSADRILL

Our diamond cores will cut holes into the toughest porcelain C5 Grade tiles
Plus other material like granite, marble, glass, ceramics, travertine and other stone.

Our small cores come in a pack of four.

When installing a shower screen (Example below)

We insert the guide rail in silver first

To diamond drill the tile with PORSADRILL core hole saws you need the yellow guide plate.

This prevents the core from slipping on the tile.

Mark out your holes with either pencil or masking tape and pen.

Above is the result when you start to drill the tile.

Once started the yellow plate can come off the wall tile.
The diamond drill bit will centre itself from now on.
To stop the hole saw from over heating use water.

We control the delivery of water to a diamond core on the wall tile
by holding the water sponge underneath the core. It will deliver the
water to the drill bit as you bore the hole into the porcelain tiles.
