I borrowed one for cutting 600's at the 45.

Worked fine just took alot of getting used to scoring towards yourself and harder to line up uneven cuts.
Each to their own, ill stick with rubi.

used them for 4 weeks, great cutters . i dont have a problem with the pull action scribing, just happen to think the push scribe on larger formats is easier long term on the wrist. not much to decide on betweem sigma and montolit but i would edge towards monti because of the added flick down breaker for mosaics but its a close call.

brilliant cutters, started off with sigma used ruby a couple of times but def sigma for me.

Got a 750mm model-solidly built excellent for cutting large porcelain-had to use the old TS40 when I'd loaned out the Sigma and found it very difficult-couldn't go back to a Rubi.....

they have stood the test of time world wide.
the first cutter i owned was a sigma in 1980. it still works

Always used sigma grew up with them excellent cutters havent used a rubi would like to try one just to compare.

Sigma are THE BEST! :hurray:

I have three different sizes and still use the very first cutter I purchased 27 years ago. I only replaced one handle after 15 years of heavy use and this particular cutter went through loads of quarry tiles.

I new I made a mistake when I purchased a Ruby wet saw, when I used it once.
For me it's SIGMA all the way!
