In fairness, I have tried one a few times as the shop I use have them for doing their displays. In all honesty they both cut the same tiles the same way, but the rubi was easier and more natural to use IMO.....

with the rubis do you still have to push to scribe the tile, then pull up another lever to break the tile, or is it scribe and break in one action.

I have tried to use my mate Steve's (Ozboz) I can not get used to it. Rubi,for me, man and boy, to late to change now. but I do like the banter

you do on the ts range but then again, i 'd have a ts on ceramics anyday of the week compared to a pigma

thats what i dont think i could get on with, using two levers must take you ages to cut a tile, i'll stick to my pigma rather than a poobi

Andy, TX range is just one lever, on scribe lever is the snapper so you can snap the tile anywhere along its length.

i guarantee i can pull that 2nd lever on a ts way quicker than the sigma user who has to double check the wheel is definately on the cutting line ??
