Discuss Silicon Residue Help in the DIY Tiling Forum area at TilersForums.com.

Hi Guys, I've recently tiled my own bathroom and all went well but I have noticed about an inch of Silicon residue on either side of the Silicon after using a plastics tool to get a good Silicon line, I cannot remove with a Stanley blades as it doesn't touch it, its almost like it has soaked into the tile

Can anyone offer any help to remove this

The tiles were from Porcelanosa and are a matt finish in grey

Thanks

Jason
