The reason you fill the bath is because once someone gets in the bath aswell as the water obviously there is much more weight in the bath which may make the bath move slightly.
If someone like Dave got in then theres at least another 8 stone for starters:wink_smile:

You put water in the bath so as too put the bath under stress...this will allow the Silicon to flex without stretching and splitting if there is movement in the bath....dave....
