DTS Cer Tiling

Afternoon all

After tiling and once the grout is dry i tend to Silicon between the bath and bottom grout joint but i have recently been struggling to get a nice finish, i have not changed how i do it by putting on squirt with fairy liquid (diluted) and use finger nail to smooth off. Is there a better way of doing it, any advice or ideas be greatly welcomed.

cheers
Duncan

I've got wooden Silicon pins in various widths which are great but ice lolly sticks work just as well, not the straight ones, the ones that resemble the number 8, got me out of trouble lots of times when I've forgotten the pins. I'm for ever picking up litter louts lolly sticks and tossing them in my tool box, even got my 5 year old trained up, she had 4 in her coat pocket for me today when I picked her up from barnehagen.
