Maybe prices will be naff, who knows but some cannot be fussy.. so worth enquiring if subby work is what you do hey!!..

Good weeks and not so good weeks, depends on the hours you want to put in to get what money you need out.

whats the going rate per m2 on sites now?

It varies a bit, not great as you would expect so you have to graft, some sites are better than others, for example, did a few plots with basement kitchen, lounge etc, 100 m2 plus, they were nice, on the flip side, bathrooms with 5 m2
