how long has the screed been down

its a poured cement screed

sorry the screed has been down for 9 months and the under floor heating was on full for a few weeks. she seems to be getting near the end of build and she is wanting to get things moving.i can understand

also the underfloor heating is of now and has been for a few weeks as she was getting oak flooring in the house to

Make sure they have the heating off a couple of days before you tile it
and leave it off a couple of weeks after you finish.
