Slate floor

So I tile this floor last week,have to go on Saturday to grout as 1st coat of seal was not dry enough Friday to grout.
I go Sunday and seal again

I leave a note,not to be walked on for 48 hours.
I go today,house owner walked all over it Sunday aft,kitchen fitter walked all over it Tuesday,cut all his stuff over the floor without covering it up,left all his crap all over the floor.
Swept up ,looks a bit of a mess really ,gutted 🙁

You could put a chain & padlock on the door & someone would still try & walk on it.
It's a cracking looking floor as well m8.

Grouting 48m floor last week, 2 kitchen fitters turn up walking all over it, then 1 of them has a dog with him, thats running through the kitchen aswell, carnage!

The note was head hight pinned in the doorway,he would of ducked under it to get in 🙂

dose make you wonder why you bother sometimes........did a big floor just after crimbo,in a new build, was spotless when I left it, told the customer to get it covered up to protect it from the other trades, went back a week later to do the bathrooms, no covering on it and it looked like a ploughed field had been dumped on top of it...:mad2:
