2 mtrs of floor space....

Check for deflection and fasten the floor down as much as you can.. then over lay with hardi backer 250....Then using a thick bed flexible adhesive and starting with the thicker pieces bed them down on a solid bed and work back to the thinner 10mm ones...

keeping them free from adhesive drying on them as you work...you can clean them before laying to get the moss etc off them then clean again after laying, so they are nice and clean ready for sealing with an inpregnator...i think a topical sealer will spoil the look if you make them shiny finish but thats what i think will look good but the finish is up to you...then once sealed you can grout with a grout suitable for the width of the joints, so make sure the joints are laid no wider than your chosen grout will cope with...

Once grouted and washed off then leave to dry...might haze up a bit then clean again..once clean and dry you can give another coat of sealer...

good luck and can't wait for the finished pics...
