SLC suitable for painting over (no tiles)

I have had an enquiry about levelling a garage floor out with something suitable for a paint finnish only.
I know that the slc 's I use are not suitable for this task but was wondering if anyone knows of a suitable
compound to use.
The floor ain't too bad tbh he just wants a nice smooth finnish ,painted and then covered over with some kind of interlocking rubber matting.

Not something i have even thought about, i would say though that the fibre slc's would be no good , so a free flow none shrinking would be required... try contacting a few manufactures to see what they recommend.. maybe Instarmac "level it one" 2 part might suffice... but worth calling to confirm.

Perhaps this is your best product at 25kg bucket for £52 LOOK FOR IT HERE

Although its a repair kit its also a self leveling compound.
