Slippery floor tiles

Hi all

A friend has recently had large high gloss ceramic tiles laid on their shop floor.

They are now concerned about how slippery become whenever it rains.

What are their options for rectifying this problem. Do any of the non-slip coatings actually work in high traffic areas?

Their shop is in Belfast, if anyone wants to quote for the job let me know and I will pass your details on (I am in London)

Tnx

Lithofin do an anti slip one, and its pretty good.
Does cloud the tiles a little, and i dont know how good it is long term.

as above! there are products available that you can coat tiles with to make them non-slip, think this needs repeating after cleaning tho,

Used the Lithofin one in the past. A new build shop floor had two areas of different tiles. One side was a very slippy polished porcelain and when the new staff came in for training they were sliding about like on an ice rink.

Not sure how well it wears, never heard anything about it again.
